Once your order is confirmed, it is handed over to the courier within 3 business days for delivery to your requested address. Please make sure the contents of your item are complete and undamaged when you receive it. If there is any issue, have the courier prepare a report and return the item. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, the order may be delivered by the courier to another person found at that address, against their signature.
