Right of Withdrawal

The consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

For contracts for services, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded. For contracts for the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer, receives the goods.

The consumer may also withdraw at any time between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods. The withdrawal period is determined as follows:

1. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, it runs from the day the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer, receives the last item.

2. For goods made up of several parts, it runs from the day the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer, receives the last part.

3. For contracts with regular deliveries over a set period, it runs from the day the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer, receives the first item.

You can send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period ends through the return and send-back option on your account page at quincey.com.tr. The carrier for withdrawals is Yurtiçi Kargo, and that option on your account page explains how to send the goods back.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

1. Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets and is beyond the control of the SELLER or provider.

2. Goods prepared to the consumer's requests or personal needs.

3. Goods that can spoil quickly or pass their expiry date.

4. Goods whose protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seals or wrapping, were opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons.

5. Goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated.

6. Books, digital content and computer consumables supplied on a physical medium, once their protective packaging, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery.

7. Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those supplied under a subscription.

8. Leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or period, such as accommodation, moving goods, car rental, food and drink supply, and entertainment or recreation.

9. Services performed instantly online, or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

10. Services whose performance started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ended.
